Dorothy Hurdle
REALTOR®
Broker-in-Charge
In 2025, after working in real estate for four years, I decided to start my own brokerage firm. As the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of T.R.EA.S. Realty, I help residential and investor clients find properties to fit their real estate needs. Although my focus is the Piedmont-Triad areas of North Carlina, depending on the location, I do provide service to other areas.
I chose real estate because I wanted to give others the service that I did not receive when I bought my homes. I noticed that there are realtors who are only in this business for the quick payout. They do not really care about their clients. I wanted to be the difference. I have come across countless homeowners who say they were not satisfied with the service that they received. Many homeowners just live with disappointment. After all, what can they do after the transaction has closed? I want to make sure the clients I serve have all their questions and concerns addressed. With me you will always know that I am here to serve you! You will never rush, overlooked or disregarded.
I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. I will always listen to your needs. You will always have my full support at every step in your journey to home ownership. Whether you are buying, selling, or investing, I have the experience, knowledge, and resources to make sure your journey is a success!
As your real estate broker, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. I will always listen to you, answer all your questions, and address any concerns as we journey together to the right property that fits your needs. As I rely upon my skills in strategic negotiating, market analysis, and community engagement, if there is a property on the market to fit what you are looking for, I will find it.

Reach out to me today, do not delay. I want to help find your next home or investment property.
I look forward to assisting you!
